Welcome to Grow & Glow, a thoughtfully curated retail collective in the heart of Ridgewood, NJ, where fashion, plants, beauty, and lifestyle come together in one inspiring space.

Created by two creative female entrepreneurs, Mary O’Reilly of Glow by Mary and Lauren of Deeply Rooted, Grow & Glow is more than a store. It's a curated habitat for the modern lifestyle—a place to discover something unexpected, find a little inspiration, and enjoy the experience of shopping local.

Mary brings her impeccable eye for style to a carefully selected collection of apparel and accessories, with pieces for everyday living and special occasions alike. Whether you're looking for a wardrobe refresh or a little help pulling it all together, personal styling sessions are available by appointment.

Lauren brings the botanical side of things with an inviting collection of houseplants, distinctive planters, and all the essentials for keeping your greenery happy. From repotting and plant rehab to home visits and personalized plant care, Deeply Rooted makes bringing a little more green into your life easy and enjoyable—even if you've never had much luck keeping a plant alive!

You'll also discover an ever-evolving mix of beauty and skincare, home accents, local art, handcrafted goods, and unique finds from independent makers. We love supporting small businesses and bringing together products that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful.

At Grow & Glow, we believe shopping should be an experience, not just an errand. It's about finding something you love, discovering a local maker, getting inspired, or simply taking a moment to slow down and enjoy your surroundings.

A little fashion, a little flora, a little fabulousness—and a whole lot of local love.

We can't wait to welcome you in!
