At Deeply Rooted, we strive for customer success and satisfaction.  This is why when you make your plant purchases, you will be provided with information on what your plants need to grow happy and healthy in your home environment.

Returns of non-plant items (non-seasonal)--- May return with receipt within 14 days for store credit.

Returns of plants --- May return with receipt within 3 days for store credit.

Seasonal non plant items are non-returnable (ex. Halloween, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, etc)
